Kayo Fire Door Veneer Horizontal Hardwood Edges is a solid laminated mixed timber flush door, consisting of hardwood face veneers, hardwood concealed edges and a mixed timber core. Suitable for use with Swartland fire door frames.
Unique design ensures not only a 30 minute fire rating, but is also certified as a Class 1 (Exterior) Heavy Duty Door
Door Frame: Swartland 30 minute fire rated KYFH1/NS 67x86mm timber door frame with 43x25mm rebate OR Steel door frame, 1,6mm thick with 48x25mm rebate.
Hinges: 3x 100mm Butt hinges for frames of which the height does not exceed 2.08m. All other frames shall have at least four hinges per leaf.
