Buildmate is a convenient, easy to use and affordably priced online retailer, helping its trade customers get the job done on time, on budget and right first time. Order online from our ever-expanding product range and select a delivery option that works for you, or simply Click and Collect. We also have a number of online tools – like our Quantity Calculator and Materials Quote - designed to make the job a little easier. Buildmate is part of Scheltema & Co. Safe & Secure

We use Peach Payments to ensure transactions are safe and secure and we will never pass on or use your personal details without asking you first. Any order may be returned within 5 days for a full refund should you change your mind. You can find out more about our Refund Policy here.

Excellent Service

Being a Scheltema business, Buildmate has an experienced customer service team available to answer your questions. For very large orders we can even visit your site to discuss order quantities and the ideal delivery schedule. You can call our customer service number anytime between 8am & 5pm Monday to Thursday and between 8am & 4:30pm on Fridays or send an email to [email protected] and a member of our team will get back to you.

Multiple Delivery Options

Buildmate offers three delivery options: Same Day for items ordered before 9am, Next Day for items ordered before 4.30pm and Standard Delivery. Made to order items are delivered only once the items have been made up. In the case of made to order we will liaise with you to arrange delivery. For all delivery options we’ll send a sms once your items are on their way to you. You can find out more about how delivery works here.

Collection Points

Buildmate enables you to Click and Collect direct from multiple manufacturers and wholesale suppliers. Place your order, pay and we will ensure all your items are ready for collection at the relevant collection points. Items collected at Scheltema warehouse can be collected immediately/same day. Most items are available on a next day basis as long as you order before 4:30pm the day before. Find our collection points here.
